Everyone is truly welcome at Pinvin Memorial Hall. Our versatile spaces are perfect for everything from birthday parties and community meetings to exercise classes, clubs, family celebrations, sports matches and local events.
If playing music, we ask that any music finishes by 11pm and, out of respect to our neighbours, that music is not played too loudly. The Hall and Car Park must be vacated and locked by 11.30pm.
ALCOHOL
Pinvin Memorial Hall is not licensed for the sale of alcohol. This includes alcohol which is included in an entrance or admission fee. If you wish to sell alcohol you will need to obtain our permission (Appendix 1 of Pinvin Memorial Hall Standard Conditions of Hire) and obtain a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from Worcestershire Regulatory Services. You will need to provide us with a copy of the TEN at least 10 days before your event. Failure to obtain a TEN can result in prosecution.

A £100 refundable damage/excess cleaning deposit is required for all one off bookings.

Please note the playing fields are only available for hire with the changing rooms.
